Delivery:
Most paintings will be hand-painted to order so will take 7-10 days to dispatch on receipt of cleared funds. The exact delivery time for your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of your order being received by us. Some items will be held in stock, in this case paintings will be dispatched within 2 days of receipt of cleared funds.
Postage starts at £4.95 for orders up to £60. After this postage prices go up according to the total price and weight of the order. All paintings will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
Funkreations canvases are all hand painted. Therefore no two paintings will be exactly the same. Although we will aim to reproduce the paintings as accurately as possible please be aware that there may be very small difference to the images seen in the gallery.
Bespoke designs
When a bespoke design is requested the following process will take place:- The request can be made by email, telephone or post.
- On receipt of the request I will contact you by your preferred method to discuss your exact requirements.
- I will then send sketches of your required design.
- Once you have decided on your preferred design I will ask for payment.
- Once the payment has cleared I will commence the painting.
- Once the painting has been commenced delivery will be made in 7-10 days.
Cost – bespoke designs will cost from £8. The exact price will be calculated and you will be informed prior to the sketches being carried out. The additional cost will be added to the normal cost of the canvas size that you require. P&P will be added as normal.
All bespoke designs will remain the property of Funkreations. We reserve the right to add the new design to our gallery of available paintings. This helps to keep down the cost of this service.
Returns:
I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchases from Funkreations but we are happy to offer a money back guarantee on all un-personalised items. Simply contact us within seven days of receiving your item and return it in the original condition and packaging within an agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and relevant bank charges.
Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of all damaged items a full refund or replacement item will be offered.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your product for another one in our range you will be charged a discounted rate for subsequent postage. The original postage and packing cost is non-refundable.
Faulty Goods:
Should any item prove faulty then please contact us at caroline@funkreations.co.uk for instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your own risk. Once the item has been examined and determined faulty we will issue you a refund for the postage and the item or replace the original item like for like.
Data Protection:
We store your personal information in accordance with current legislation. It is only kept for a limited time in order to send you the goods, to allow for a legal cooling off period, and for any manufacturing fault to become apparent. Your details will never be passed on to a third party. You are entitled under the Data Protection Act to see your stored data. Requests for this must be made in writing.
